This place is a complete lie! Pictures are not real. Not even the front picture is real. The room was dirty, dark bad lighting, walls all dirty with footprints, bathroom looked like a horror movie. The sink was broken, the water dropped from the bottom to the floor over your feet, no toilet paper available, shower all dirty and no hot water. Reception was bad, not friendly. We had to cancel in their face showing the lie of the pictures they have in booking. We booked another place and tried to run away and they didnt even let as go, it was an awful experience. Postivies - we turned up at 2am and they accommodated 10 of us which was really helpful. Bed was comfy and spacious, room decor was nice. Unfortunately thats it. Room was dirty including the bath mat and bathroom. No hot water at 8am for some reason? And we we requested a new towel we had to wait til the morning and they didn't come. Also, there were stains ion the sheets. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

I stayed there for two days, however next day my room was not cleaned up. No running hot water, I reached at 10.3p pm and wanted to take a hot shower, however I was told there is no running hot water available.

Our group stayed here for 2 nights and found few points to note from our guest review. (21 Sep- 23 Sep) Its an poorly maintained hotel need urgent attention and renovation. Bathrooms are not clean and have problem with water availability. Really helpful staff and management, they are doing everything with in their limitations.

From the lobby to the stairs to the room to the bathroom is dirt and dust, dust and dirt. The sewer smell in bathroom is nauseating. The street the hotel is on looks like it's a dumpster and it does not feel safe at night. It is too bad, because a long time ago this must have been a posh hotel, the lobby still has a faint resemblance of it. Now it is just neglected. 3 good things: hot water (after wasting 6/7 buckets of it) is really hot. internet is fast. Room service food is overpriced but tasty.
